The CS-2000 model cement silo is designed to add strength to your projects with its high capacity and superior structural features. With a capacity of 2000 tons, this silo is built to meet large-scale storage needs, standing out for its durability and reliability.
The CS-2000 offers efficient use with a height of 20,758 mm and a width of Ø 12,400 mm. Weighing 95,000 kg, this silo features a robust structure supported by 16 bases. The base plates are made from 20-25 mm metal sheets, the conical section from 10 mm metal sheet, and the main body from 10-8-6 mm sheets. The upper cover strip is made from 6 mm sheet metal, and the leg rods are produced from NPL 80 mm steel profiles.
The silo includes an external deck ladder that starts from the base and ends at the top cover, with protective rails around the upper cover. The 4" filling pipe can be extended to the base leg, offering ease of use. Additionally, all necessary statistics for the silos have been calculated and produced according to approved designs.
The CS-2000 is painted with one layer of anti-corrosive paint and two layers of topcoat epoxy paint, providing a total paint thickness of 140 microns for strong protection. These features ensure the silo's long-lasting durability.
