This is a robust machine that operates on air and 220V power, truly plug and play! Perfectly suited for small batch filling. Even a very small compressor is sufficient to run this machine. Optionally, a compressor can be supplied.

The filling machine is equipped with a 500ml cylinder, allowing for a maximum fill of 500ml per cycle. By running multiple cycles, larger volumes can be filled as well. The minimum fill per cycle is 50ml, so anything between 50ml and 500ml can be dispensed in a single stroke.

It features a large 25L hopper. Optionally, it can be connected directly to an IBC or a 200L drum for even faster large-quantity filling. The machine comes with both a foot pedal and an auto mode. In auto mode, it will continuously fill, enabling easy and fast filling of larger batches. Using the foot pedal, operators can control the pace themselves.

Depending on the operator and fill volume, 15–25 units per minute can be filled, making this a very fast machine. The machine weighs approximately 15–20kg and can easily be placed on a table. It is constructed entirely from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring excellent durability.
