CNC Technik Weiss was founded in 1993. After more than 15 years with Karstens cylindrical grinding machines, the company’s core focus is on servicing Karstens cylindrical grinders as well as manufacturing customer-oriented new cylindrical grinding machines.

The mechanical engineering division, with its own manufacturing capabilities and contract cylindrical grinding services, specializes in the production of CNC cylindrical grinding machines. Included is the sale of Karstens cylindrical grinders, which also involves the refurbishment of used cylindrical grinding machines.

We provide comprehensive cylindrical grinder services for all Karstens models from 1960 to 1998. We design special cylindrical grinding machines with turn-key grinding solutions.

Furthermore, we carry out repairs on all assemblies, including workpiece spindle units, tailstocks, grinding spindle units, and X-Z axes.
