SerWeMa GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2002. However, the company's origins date back to the mid-1990s, when a small group of former employees from VEB Modul began carrying out repair work on gear cutting machines.

SerWeMa has since developed into Europe’s largest supplier for the overhaul and modernization of gear cutting machines. In line with individual customer requirements, we perform extensive machine upgrades, including the integration of new assemblies. The goal is to make the machines compatible with modern technologies and tools. To date, 110 refurbished machines have been delivered to over 14 countries worldwide.
