Krayer GmbH & Co. KG, located in Langenargen on Lake Constance, boasts more than 100 years of experience and decades-long customer relationships in the field of cold forming technology. We are not set up for mass production; instead, we deliberately specialize in the manufacture of small and medium batch sizes.

In our modern, well-equipped machine park featuring 28 machines, including eccentric and hydraulic presses with up to 2500 kN capacity, we design and produce precision stamped and deep-drawn parts for you at the highest quality standards. Each year, with a workforce of 47 employees, we process an average of 1,000 tons of sheet metal ranging from 0.1 to 10 mm thickness into 3,000 different high-quality stamped and deep-drawn components, primarily used in the commercial vehicle industry. Our products are manufactured using specially developed custom tooling and are deployed worldwide. At our company, toolmakers are still true toolmakers; they design and manufacture the tooling themselves and take personal responsibility for the professional execution of each project.

A strong commitment to quality and intensive consulting form the foundation of tailor-made design and production concepts, whose benefits our customers value. Whether it is exhaust manifolds for the "Spacelab" space station or an authentic partial reconstruction of the Zeppelin "LZ 129 Hindenburg", there is hardly any project too challenging for us.

We have always remained true to our philosophy: long-standing, loyal employees and a consistent workforce size of 45 to 50 staff over the years. This allows us to operate with an almost artisanal, streamlined organizational structure. Compared to large enterprises, we have nearly half as many non-productive employees.

In production, we benefit from decades of strong and carefully maintained business relationships with companies such as MTU (formerly Maybach, since 1927), ZF (since 1930), Maschinenfabrik Weingarten (since 1931), Hahn & Kolb Stuttgart (since 1933), and Kramer Werke Überlingen (since 1958). We believe that our success is not only thanks to our cheerful Lake Constance spirit, but also, in no small part, to our commitment to reliability and precision.
