DeMa, established in 1999, specializes in the trade, overhaul, and servicing of multi-spindle automatic lathes and automatic bar feeders. The company handles mechanical and electrical maintenance as well as complete refurbishments of recently manufactured machinery from the world’s leading brands.

The main manufacturers dealt with include: Gildemeister, Index, Mori-Say, Schütte, Tornos, and Wickman. For these brands, DeMa also maintains a well-stocked warehouse of new and used equipment (such as thread cutting units, pick-off spindles, thread rolling attachments, threading and polygon milling units, face milling heads, broaching devices, tool holders, collets, cams, and more).

In addition to sales, DeMa offers assistance, repair, and maintenance services either directly at the customer’s facility, both in Italy and abroad, or at our own workshop for complete machine overhauls.

DeMa also produces and refurbishes tooling for multi-spindle lathes, supported by an extensive inventory of new and used spare parts. The offer is rounded out by after-sales services including installation and training courses, maintenance, packaging, and shipping. Our technicians are qualified to handle all types of mechanical and electrical support, including custom tooling to specification.
