The ACROLOC SBZ 200 is a powerful CNC profile machining center for the professional and economical processing of aluminum profiles. The machine was designed for industrial use and combines high processing speed, precision, and flexibility with modern and user-friendly programming.

A particular highlight is the German CAM software camQuix from camProx. It was specifically developed for the processing of aluminum profiles and offers clear 3D programming with DXF import, parametric machining, automatic tool assignment, intelligent clamping management, and collision detection.

This allows machining operations to be conveniently prepared, visualized, and checked for potential collisions even before production. This reduces setup times and increases process reliability.

The SBZ 200 enables milling, drilling, threading, pocketing, slotting, and free-form contour machining on aluminum profiles. Thanks to the 4 interpolated axes and the pivoting spindle, profiles can be machined from different angles without having to manually realign the workpiece for each machining side.

The 6 automatic profile clamps ensure secure and stable workpiece clamping. In conjunction with camQuix, clamping positions are already taken into account during programming and included in the collision detection.

The ACROLOC SBZ 200 is particularly suitable for window and facade construction, doors and portal systems, mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, and for general industrial aluminum profile machining.
