Compact, highly efficient combined heat and power unit with a state-of-the-art SCANIA V 8-cylinder, lean-burn gas turbo, 4-stroke gas Otto engine. Unit, gas pressure control system, mixture and engine water cooling circuit mounted on base frame for power and heat generation with a high-quality synchronous generator (3P, 400V, 50Hz) for mains/parallel operation and optimized heat extraction via plate heat exchanger for heating water/process heat with a temperature level of VL 85°C / RL 70°C,
OPTIONAL: with catalytic converter (optional SCR system) for low-emission operation in accordance with the MCP Directive (EU) and 44th BImSchV (DE).

The CHP has a control cabinet with a display for the visualization of all relevant operating parameters including a DSL modem for remote maintenance and external monitoring, as well as an interface for control energy for connection to the Energiepilot E2M. The scope of delivery includes a mains starter to provide the optimum starting speed, as well as a gas detector, smoke detector, emergency stop switch and alarm flashing light/horn.
All pipes are made of V2A and insulated where necessary.
To ensure that the motors are kept warm, the installed heat pumps are programmed to start up in a set cycle,
that they start up in a set cycle and thus enable the desired temperature to be maintained.
An automatic gas shut-off valve for installation outside the CHP installation room is not included in the scope of delivery.

The CHP unit complies with the medium-voltage directive VDE-AR-N 4110:2018-11.
