Semi-automatic flocking system

The system is used to coat various materials.
It can also be used as a painting system.
In this particular case, the interior parts of car glove boxes were coated.
The glove boxes were hung on a conveyor belt and first sprayed manually with glue. The boxes were then sprayed with flocking material in the individual flocking booths. The spray direction changes depending on the station. After the 4 flocking booths there are 2 cleaning booths. The blown, unbonded fibers are then reintroduced into the coating process via the flock distribution system. Similarly, the unbonded fibers from the four flocking booths are returned to the process.
