Extraction unit with rotary valve rarely used. The unit was installed incorrectly – the rotary valve was never properly connected to a transport line or container and was therefore rarely used due to the inconvenience. However, if a rotary valve is needed, this unit is a very good solution.

The integrated pre-separator protects the filter bags from direct impact and achieves a high pre-separation efficiency by expanding the airflow of the intake air. The resulting significantly reduced filter load significantly increases the service life and lifespan of the filter bags.
The fan, located on the clean air side, is housed in a flow-optimized housing. The sophisticated design of the steel impeller with backward-curved blades achieves maximum efficiency. The motor is located in the return airflow and is covered with a sound-insulated hood.

The PLC control system built into the unit's housing offers both manual start and automatic ON/OFF switching via a potential-free contact on a machine. The filter is automatically cleaned after each suction cycle.
