The Altendorf F 45 is one of the highest-quality and most versatile panel saws for professional use in carpentry shops, joineries, interior design, furniture manufacturing, and industrial wood processing.

The F 45 impresses with its high precision, robust design, user-friendly operation, and numerous configuration options. Depending on the configuration, it is available with ProDrive, EvoDrive, or the comprehensive ElmoDrive control system.

For the highest demands on work safety, the F 45 is also available with the innovative Altendorf HAND GUARD safety system.

EQUIPMENT VARIANTS

Altendorf F 45 ProDrive
Comfortable and clear operation at eye level. The pivoting control unit enables ergonomic operation and precise adjustment of machine functions.

Altendorf F 45 EvoDrive
Control system with a 7" touchscreen and separate keyboard for comfortable entry of numerical dimensions. The machine axes can be quickly and precisely adjusted.

Altendorf F 45 ElmoDrive
The most comprehensive control system variant of the F 45. The large 12" touchscreen allows axes and numerous software functions to be conveniently selected and controlled.

Altendorf F 45 HAND GUARD
For the highest safety requirements, the HAND GUARD is available on the basis of the F 45 with the optical safety system. The camera technology recognizes hands or hazardous situations in the area of the saw blade. In the event of a hazard, the saw unit is lowered, and the saw blade is stopped. After activation, the machine is immediately ready for use again. The HAND GUARD variant is equipped with ElmoDrive.

CNC PARALLEL FENCE

The CNC-controlled parallel fence enables quick and highly precise positioning. According to the manufacturer, the system achieves a travel speed of up to 250 mm/s with a dimensional accuracy of ± 0.1 mm.
