Horizontally cam driven and intermittent operating packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and sealing of flat pouches with regular or irregular shape, optional with hanging hole, without zipper. 3 side sealing or 4 side sealing adjustable. Suitable for small bags. Integration of various filling systems is possible (auger, weigher, volumetric dosing, liquid and paste dosing units, etc.). Three bags are handled per machine cycle (triplex filling), whereby a high output will be achieved per minute. 3 dosing units are needed. Main components: PLC, touchscreen user interface (different languages available e.g. English, German etc.), temperature monitor. - Specifications: pouch sizes (min.-max.): H(70-180)xW(50-90)mm; filling capacity: max. 100ml; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 230 cycles/minute; 10.5kW; 18m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)5650x(W)970x(H)1360mm; weight: 2500kg. All product contacting parts made of stainless steel (SS304). Any dosing unit and/or other modules (such as conveyor etc.) shown on the picture are optional modules to this position and only depicted for demonstration purposes. The machine is suitable for variety of composite films. We gladly verify and confirm on basis of sampling the compatibility of the respective composite film.
