Automatic multi-lane filling and capping machine for cups, containers or trays incl. film sealing unit. Suitable for various container sizes, shapes and materials (e.g. PP, PS, PET, paper, laminated films, etc.). Equipped with 6 piston pumps for dosing of liquids and past-like products. In general, the line can be configured for all types of (separate) dosing systems for fresh or dry, chunky products, granules or powdery products (price adjustment may be necessary). This allows perfect filling and packaging of instant meals, pasta, pasta, fresh or dried fruits, snacks, soup powders, frozen meals, yogurt, ice cream, jam, etc. Automatic operation from feeding the containers/cups, filling, sealing with film and capping with a lid. Easy operation due to touch screen monitor, stainless steel version (SUS304), easy to clean.
