Fully automatic tube filler for pastes and liquids. Typically for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, general care products such as shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sun blocker etc. Suitable for premade aluminum tubes with closed cap. Fully automatic feeding, alignment of the tubes (rotation in the mould) based on print markings as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Before filling, the tube is air-flushed to prevent contamination. No-tube-no-filling is also a standard function. Water chiller, batch/date printer and dosing unit, consisting of pneumatic piston pump and storage hopper with level sensor, are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen. Optional at surcharge: heated stirrer for storage hopper, additional format sets (moulds) for different tube diameters, external tube feed lift. - Specifications: max. speed of the machine in neutral: 65 cycles/minute; filling range: 1-400ml; accuracy: ±0.5%; tube diameter: 10-50 mm (one mould is required for each tube diameter); tube length: 80-230 mm; number of filling heads: 1; storage hopper capacity: 45L; parts in contact with the product are 316L stainless steel; power supply: 220/380V, power consumption: 9kW; compressed air: 0.4-0.6MPa; machine dimensions: L2000xW1160xH2100 mm.
