PE30 Commercial Chocolate Enrobing & Cooling Line – 30kg Tank – 2.7m Cooling Tunnel – Almost New

We are selling our complete PE30 chocolate enrobing and cooling line following the closure of our recently launched protein bar production facility in London.

The equipment was purchased new specifically for our own production and only went into operation around March 2026. Since then, approximately 25,000 chocolate-coated protein bars have passed through the line, so it has had relatively light commercial use and remains in excellent condition.

The equipment is being sold solely due to the closure of our production facility for business and financial reasons – not because of any fault with the machinery.

The system also includes a ventilation fan intended to be installed/vented outside the production area.

We used the line for premium chocolate-coated protein bars, but it can also be suitable for energy/nutrition bars, confectionery, biscuits, bakery products and other chocolate-coated products. The manufacturer also specifies the cooling tunnel for a range of food applications.

The machine is currently located in Wimbledon, London, UK. Inspection can be arranged, and videos of the equipment operating can be provided to serious buyers.

We are also selling other equipment from our protein bar production facility, including protein bar extrusion/forming machinery, chocolate processing equipment, flow-wrapping machines, mixers and stainless-steel production equipment.

Machines can be purchased individually or as part of a complete protein/energy bar production line.
