Operating direction and functional layout
The machine operates in a clockwise direction, with containers entering from the left and exiting to the right when facing the conveyor. Therefore, this configuration supports integration into most standard bottling lines used in modern production facilities. Moreover, operators can easily align the layout with existing upstream and downstream equipment.
Labeling system and reel handling
The used labeling machine AXTRA 720-H9SA4 up to 8000 bph includes three non-stop labeling stations designed for 400 mm reels and one standard station for 300 mm reels. In addition, each station features sensors that accurately detect opaque labels, ensuring precise placement even with low-transparency materials.
