Advanced Automation & Control Systems
Integrated controls coordinate blow molding, premix, isobaric filling/capping, labeling, and shrink wrapping for stable throughput at 6000 bph. Automation supports precise fill control and consistent handling across the listed PET formats. Manuals are available to assist setup and troubleshooting. Electrical configuration suits standard industrial supply environments.

Production Line Integration Capabilities
The line is engineered for straightforward integration into existing utilities and conveyors. Format changes between 1.5 L, 2 L, 1 L are supported, enabling quick PET size switches while maintaining carbonated-beverage performance parameters. Interfaces between blow molder, premix, and the 32/32/8 monoblock streamline upstream and downstream connections.

Machine Condition & Maintenance History
The equipment is currently stored and prepared for redeployment. As a second-hand system, it shows a solid operating background; regular upkeep records support readiness with appropriate commissioning and maintenance.

Operational Performance & Versatility
Ljdpfovguyaex Aamsru
Configured for soft drinks, the isobaric setup maintains product carbonation and fill accuracy across the specified PET formats. This used soft drinks bottling machinery provides consistent performance from container manufacture to final packaging within the stated speed class.

Installation Requirements & Site Preparation
Allocate sufficient footprint for blow molding, processing, filling, labeling, and packaging sections. Utility tie-ins (air, power, water, CO₂ where applicable) are arranged for rapid connection to minimize commissioning time.

Safety Standards & Compliance Certification
Machine guarding and safety interlocks support operator protection and hygienic handling in beverage applications. Protections are in place for routine operation and maintenance access.
