High cutting accuracy, smooth operation, and long blade life are due to the special, torsion-resistant design of the saw frame. Unique feature: the force transmission of the saw feed is located directly below the cutting point.

By producing flat materials from large sheets, efficiency gains can be achieved in both storage and raw material purchasing.
Clamping device for layer cuts (optional)
For sawing larger batch sizes, sheets can be stacked in layers and held securely using the optional vertical additional clamping device.
Chip conveyor as standard
Below the saw unit, directly in the direction of the chip flow, there is a large-sized chip conveyor with an integrated coolant tank. Chips and coolant are collected and separated here. For cleaning and maintenance work, the conveyor can be pulled out of the machine frame.
Powered duplex chip brushes
effectively clean the saw blade and thus increase the tool life. The brushes are automatically adjusted to the saw blade and ensure consistent cleaning performance.
Automatic feed device
Through the combination of an NC-controlled feed device and intelligent control, sheets can be separated into strips fully automatically.
Servo feed system
The use of the Behringer servo feed system creates a constant chip removal rate and makes better use of the performance of modern saw blades. The rapid response of the servo feed system to the sensors of the cutting pressure control consistently prevents overloading and premature wear of the saw blades.
Fast saw blade change
ensures the shortest possible setup times. In just two to three steps, the saw blade can be moved to the changing position.
Blade guide parts made of gray cast iron
are made by Behringer and provide vibration damping directly at the cutting point, thus increasing the tool life.
Compact
Due to its compact dimensions, the table band saw can be installed even in confined spaces.
Movable material support table
For easy loading and unloading using a crane, the material table can be pulled out from under the saw unit.
