BINDER VDL 53 – Safe Vacuum Dryer for Flammable Solvents

The safe BINDER vacuum dryer from the VDL series ensures maximum safety when drying organic solvents, and is supplied as standard with TÜV/GS certification. The interior chamber of the VDL dryer is designed in accordance with ATEX guidelines for Zone II 3G.

• Electronically controlled APT.line™ preheating chamber with 2 extension shelves, providing high temperature accuracy and repeatable results
• Temperature range: from 15°C above ambient temperature up to 200°C
• MP controller: 2 programs with 10 segments each or switchable to 1 program with 20 segments
• Integrated weekly timer with real-time clock function
• Digital temperature setting with 1°C accuracy
• Hour counter
• Spring-mounted safety glass panel with splash protection
• Precisely adjustable ventilation valve
• Precisely adjustable inert gas valve with Cross-Flow technology

• Pressure control device – heater activates below < 125 mbar
• Hermetically sealed control panel with compressed air connection and service unit
• Fire protection gasket
• Analog manometer (shows the pressure difference between the inner chamber and ambient pressure)
• Electropolished stainless steel interior chamber, suction and ventilation ducts, pressure container, extension shelves, and ball valve

• Independent, adjustable class 2 (DIN 12880) temperature safety device with visual overtemperature alarm
