We offer for sale our Bioláng automatic biomass boiler. The boiler has a power of 1,5 MW.
The heating medium is originally designed for flue gas, but this can be easily changed by the customer (water, pressurized water, steam or thermal oil).

External dimensions:
width: 2,0 m + fittings
depth: 3,0 m + fittings

firebox dimensions: 1,55 x 3,1 m

The boiler is fed from a tank with a pulley. The material entering the firebox passes through a moving inclined grate. The ashing is done automatically by three pulleys above and below the grate. The firebox is lined with velvet bricks and is in a new condition.
The boiler is equipped with primary, secondary, tertiary and a chimney fan. The chimney fan is preceded by a multicyclone with a fly ash separator.
The boiler is not currently equipped with thermometer and draught meter probes, but their locations have been installed, such as 1 firebox, 1 afterburner for thermometer and draught meter.

The equipment is hardly used, with few operating hours, in excellent condition.
No possibility to try it out. The unit is for sale due to the closure of the manufacturing plant.
