The fully automatic Bizerba Scaleroline A550 is a specially designed vertical slicing machine for processing meat, poultry, fish, and cheese. The machine is capable of slicing both fresh and cooked products, making it an ideal solution for medium-sized and large-scale food processing operations.
Equipped with an integrated weighing system, the slicer can cut products to a predefined target weight with high accuracy. Virtually all types of sausages and cheeses can be sliced without pre-freezing and arranged either in vertical stacks or in shingled (overlapping) portions.
The machine can process products up to 600 mm in length. Its large 420 mm blade enables the efficient slicing of a wide variety of products at speeds of up to 250 slices per minute. The intuitive touchscreen control panel allows operators to easily program multiple slicing recipes, enabling fast product changeovers and increased production efficiency.
