This is a multifunctional trolley from the Recaldo Famoso series by Blanco. It allows for regeneration of dishes in the hot air compartment, liquid food in the "soup regeneration unit," and chilling of cold dishes in a mobile unit. Includes sneeze guard and integrated heated shelf. Ideally suited for use as a mobile self-service station. All functions (cooling, hot air, heated shelf, heated serving surfaces, soup regeneration) can be controlled separately. The perfect assistant in any kitchen.
