Production line for prefabrication of wall/floor/roof panels in wood construction - BOOSTON MACHINERY – This offer concerns a production line with a length of 9m (other lengths available from 3m to 15m).

We are a manufacturer and offer complete production lines/equipment/butterfly tables/rotational tables/workstations for the prefabrication of wooden walls, designed for prefabricated house factories, modular construction, and manufacturers of wooden structures.

The offered set enables the complete production process: from frame assembly, through wall cladding, panel rotation, to the transport of finished elements.

Composition of the production line:

1. ER-00R/900 Workstation
Assembly table for the construction of wooden frames, equipped with pneumatically lifting transport rollers.

Parameters:
* length: 9000 mm
* overall width: 3600 mm
* working height: 700 mm
* 2 lines of pneumatically lifting rollers

Purpose:
* assembly of wall frames
* positioning of structural elements
* transport of prefabricated elements between workstations

2. SD-01 Clamping Cylinder Set

A set of 6 clamping cylinders for the ER-00R workstation.

Parameters:
* quantity: 6 pcs
* clamping force: 140 kg at a pressure of 8 bar

Purpose:
* clamping structural elements during assembly
* stabilizing the prefabricated element during fastening and assembly

3. MT-01 Material Bridge
Mobile bridge for the transport of panels and structural elements.

Parameters:
* load capacity: 800 kg
* swiveling wheels 360°
* manual movement between workstations

Purpose:
* transport of structural panels
* transport of materials between workstations

4. ER-03H/900 Butterfly Table with Hydraulic Drive

A workstation designed for rotating prefabricated walls and a separate workstation for assembling the frame and cladding (wing no. 1).

* maximum load: 2500 kg
* 3 lines of pneumatically lifting rollers

Purpose:
* assembly and transport of prefabricated elements

Equipment:
a set of roller pins for vertical transport of prefabricated elements onto transport trolleys

5. WP-01 Transport Trolley Set

A set of 3 transport trolleys for picking up finished walls.

Parameters:
* adjustable support height
* maximum load capacity of the set: 2500 kg

Purpose:
* picking up finished prefabricated elements
* transport of walls in a vertical position
