Brabender DDW -MS -FW40/1-50

The FlexWall®Plus FW40/5 is a dosing device for poorly to severely free-flowing bulk materials. It consists of the following assemblies: a trapezoidal stainless steel housing, a flexible polyurethane trough with a large cross-section, massage paddles, a dosing screw, a screw tube, a three-phase drive and a trapezoidal extension hopper with a volume of 50 dm³ or 70 dm³, with a low installation height. The shape of the trough and the external massage paddles with adjustable amplitude ensure a consistent screw fill level and gentle mass flow of the bulk material. Changing the screw on the FW40/5 is only done from the front. The FlexWall®Plus enables easy disassembly for wet or dry cleaning, with the polyurethane trough simply being pulled off the housing rim. Furthermore, the compact trapezoidal design allows space-saving arrangement of up to six dosing units around a central feeding point.
