Condition of the baler:
The press was used in a production facility exclusively for pressing cardboard and was regularly serviced. With only 13,209 operating hours, the machine has seen little use. The press was partially overhauled in our workshop and then tested.

The following overhaul work was carried out:
Machine cleaned
Bale retainer made operational and lubricated
Light barrier replaced
Twisting unit completely dismantled, broken down into individual parts, all bearings replaced, all plastic glides replaced, lubricated, chain tension adjusted
Knife and counter knife dismantled, sharpened, reassembled
Knife gap readjusted
General maintenance work carried out and lubricated

Scope of delivery:
1 baler with wire roll boxes, without wire
1 set of machine documentation
