BRONSE UNIVERSA 250

BRONSE UNIVERSA 250 | High-Speed Premium Pre-Stretch & Slitter Rewinder

The UNIVERSA 250 is a state-of-the-art, ultra-high-speed fully automatic pre-stretch film rewinder engineered for maximum efficiency, elite component reliability, and advanced industrial conversion. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, it delivers unmatched performance with minimal operator intervention.

Unmatched Speed & Pre-Stretch Performance:

Ultra-High-Speed Operation: Capable of pre-stretching at an incredible speed of up to 1200 m/min.

Up to 400% Pre-Stretch Rate: Advanced stretching mechanism allows for precise pre-stretching up to 400%, maximizing material efficiency.

Dual-Stage Pre-Stretch System: Engineered with a specialized dual-stage system that minimizes film neck-in (narrowing) for perfect roll geometry.

Carbon Fiber Rewinding Roller: Thanks to the ultra-light and rigid carbon fiber roller design, the machine achieves exceptionally high acceleration (acc) and deceleration (decc) rates, drastically shortening cycle times.

Next-Generation Control & Connectivity:

Windows-Based Software OS: Driven by an advanced, user-friendly Windows-based software interface for intuitive operation, precise diagnostics, and flexible receipt management.

Wireless Remote Connectivity: Fully supports secure wireless remote access for instant troubleshooting, software updates, and real-time production monitoring.

World-Class Components & Automation:
