BYSTRONIC BYAUTONOM 3015 - CO2 LASER CUTTING SYSTEM WITH AUTOMATED HANDLING
The Bystronic ByAutonom 3015 is an automated CO2 laser cutting system for sheets up to 3000 x 1500 mm. It combines a ByLaser resonator with the ByVision control and an automated loading/unloading system. With automatic nozzle and lens-cassette changer, low-manning continuous operation in multi-shift production is possible.

FUNCTION & APPLICATION
Laser beam cutting (LBC) with flying optics - the cutting head moves over the stationary sheet. It processes structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The shuttle-table system allows loading and unloading during ongoing cutting. Cutting programs run via ByVision; the system is prepared for Bystronic automation (ByTrans Extended).
Applications: metalworking industry, plant and apparatus engineering, structural steelwork, precision-part manufacturing.
Power class: The ByAutonom 3015 came in two resonator classes (ByLaser 4400 / 6000). The class of this system is confirmed bindingly during inspection.
