Consisting of various production modules, designed for medium and long production runs. It is also possible to use a single nailing module for short runs and quicker format changes. (WE ALSO HAVE INDEPENDENT MODULES/UNITS AVAILABLE.)

As previously mentioned, the line consists of several production modules:

1- MODULE (Top pallet nailing unit)
– Wood loader inside the first nailer, manual/automatic feed into the machine.

2- MODULE (Flipper/Turner)

3- MODULE
– Wood loader inside the second nailer, manual/automatic feed into the machine. Next, the bottom of the pallet is nailed.

4- MODULE (Marker) HT etc.
5- MODULE (Quarter-turn unit)
6- MODULE (Corner cutter)
7- MODULE (Flipper/Turner)
8- MODULE (Stacker)
9- MODULE (Outfeed conveyor)

Capacity:

· 1 nailing head: 80-100 pallets/hour
· Complete line: 150-200 pallets/hour
· Fully automated line: 200-250 pallets/hour
· Fully automated line (max): 250-300 pallets/hour
