Automatic self-pasteurization process

At the end of the work shift, the operator simply presses the designated button to initiate the pasteurization cycle. The residual mix and all machine components in contact with it are heated to 65°C and then cooled down after 30 minutes, ensuring perfect levels of hygiene.
Optional dry filling system
The machine can be filled with ice cream powder, which is then transformed into liquid mix with the addition of water in the storage tank. This option saves time and ensures the highest hygiene standards. The water quantity can be programmed electronically and the inflow is displayed on the control panel.
Electronic ice consistency control. The Hard-O-Tronic control system continuously performs self-diagnostics to optimize production, guaranteeing perfect ice cream every time. The consistency can be easily adjusted with the “Program” button to match different mix characteristics. A counter displays the number of servings dispensed.
