CHRONOS RICHARDSON mod.14800

FOR SALE: Highly efficient CHRONOS RICHARDSON model 14800 palletizer, manufactured in 2012.
The power and control box underwent modernization in 2021, during which the inverters were replaced with new ones (YASKAWA brand), and the control program was updated. Control: CPU PLC SIEMENS S7.
For interested parties, I can provide a video showing the machine in operation.

Documentation and equipment:
Complete set of documents, including electrical schematics, CE compliance certificate, as well as source files of the control program along with a backup copy of the control program.

Condition and service:
The machine is in continuous use and will be available for dismantling by the end of November. During this period, there is an opportunity to inspect and monitor the machine while it's operating. The equipment is regularly serviced and maintained in very good technical condition.

Parameters - performance:
Capability to pack approximately 1000-1200 bags per hour, depending on the palletization scheme, bag size, and quantity per level, etc.

There is also an option for us to arrange transportation and/or connect and reprogram the software through our technician, thereby customizing the palletizer's operation to specific customer needs (additional charges apply).
