Coatema Easycoater

The Easycoater is designed to quickly and reliably produce product samples in DIN A4 or other substrate sizes. A wide slot die, doctor blade, or flat screen printing system can be integrated for this purpose.

The Easycoater is controlled by a Siemens S7 unit and can therefore produce samples or small product batches reproducibly. The system is very easy to operate, and in addition to the various coating and printing methods, electrically heated drying (also UV or infrared) can be used. The Easycoater is fully enclosed and can also be equipped with an EEx version. Source extraction is provided in the coating area. A glove box version with an inert atmosphere is also possible.
Both the high-precision granite coating table in the vacuum table version and the modular holder for the doctor blade and slot die can be motorized. The travel paths of the unit below the application system and then below the dryer can be defined in advance, allowing precise timing for drying. With the motorized coating gap adjustment option, adjustments in the 1-µm range are possible at any time. High precision enables use in technologies where high accuracy is required.
