_____
WHY THIS VIVA CODIMAG 340?
• Premium Offset Printing Quality
The offset printing process is particularly suitable for applications requiring sharp details, fine screens, smooth gradients, and high-quality color reproduction.
This makes the machine an attractive solution for premium labels in industries such as wine and spirits, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and specialty food products.
• Five Printing Units Plus Varnishing
The machine is equipped with five offset printing units and one separate varnishing unit.
This configuration allows multi-color labels to be printed and protected or visually enhanced with a varnish in one production process.
• Integrated Hot-Foil Stamping
Gkjdpfx Ajztqi Hec Djc
The hot-foil stamping equipment enables metallic and decorative effects to be applied directly inline.
This adds significant value to premium labels and reduces the need for a separate offline finishing process.
• Complete Inline Production
Printing, varnishing, hot-foil stamping, die-cutting, perforating, slitting, and rewinding can be carried out within one production line.
This reduces material handling, shortens production times, and improves overall production efficiency.
• Semi-Rotary Die-Cutting
The semi-rotary die-cutting unit offers flexibility for different label formats and repeat lengths.
It is particularly advantageous for short and medium production runs, where frequent job changes and flexible format handling are important.
• Integrated Corona Treatment
The corona treatment system improves the surface tension of the material and supports better adhesion of inks, varnishes, and coatings on a wide range of substrates.
