• High-Quality Letterpress Printing
The letterpress printing process provides sharp text, clean lines, strong color coverage and precise reproduction of small details.
This makes the machine especially suitable for self-adhesive labels, pharmaceutical labels, cosmetic labels,
food labels, barcode applications and other demanding narrow-web products.
• Five Printing Units Plus Varnishing
The machine is equipped with five letterpress printing units and one separate varnishing unit.
This configuration allows multi-color labels to be printed and subsequently protected or visually enhanced with a varnish in one continuous production process.

• Inline Laminating Unit
The integrated laminating unit enables the production of protected, multilayer or enhanced label products.
Laminating increases the durability of the finished label and can improve resistance against moisture, chemicals, abrasion and mechanical stress.
• Semi-Rotary Die-Cutting
The semi-rotary die-cutting unit provides flexibility for different label formats and repeat lengths.
It is particularly suitable for short and medium production runs where frequent job changes and flexible format handling are important.
• Complete Inline Production
Printing, varnishing, laminating, die-cutting, perforating, slitting and rewinding can be completed within one production line.
This reduces material handling, minimizes intermediate production stages and improves overall production efficiency.
• UV Drying Technology
The UV drying system enables immediate curing of inks and varnishes.
This supports high-quality production, stable print results and direct further processing of the printed material within the machine.
