With a production capacity of 120 m³ per hour, this system can produce all types of concrete with high precision. Thanks to its twin-shaft mixer with a 3 m³ wet concrete capacity, homogeneous mix quality is guaranteed.
The Stationary-120 model can be adapted to project requirements with different cement silo options ranging from 100 tons to 500 tons. When using bagged cement, it is easily loaded into the cement silos thanks to the integrated blasting bunker. Equipped with heating systems for cold climates and cooling units for hot regions, this plant delivers maximum performance in all geographical conditions. Furthermore, it simplifies site layout by eliminating the need for a feed ramp with its aggregate pre-feeding systems.
