Constmach Mobile Rock Crushing Plant 120-150 tph mobile rock crushing plant

CONSTMACH JCV-2 3-axle mobile crushing plant is a perfect combination of the JC-2 mobile crushing plant and the V-80 mobile sand making plant. It is the ideal solution for crushing the hardest rocks such as granite and basalt, as well as for obtaining a high proportion of fine material and cubic-shaped products.

Designed with superior engineering, the JCV-2 offers unmatched performance with its durable chassis structure, long-lasting components, and high-quality materials. The CJC-90 jaw crusher serves as the primary crusher in the plant, the METSO HP200 or equivalent cone crusher serves as the secondary crusher, and the VSI-800-CR vertical shaft impact crusher serves as the tertiary crusher. This powerful structure makes it possible to obtain products in 5 different fractions simultaneously in a single plant.

The JCV-2, with its three-chassis design, is easy to transport and can be set up quickly. The PLC-controlled automation system offers user-friendly operation with remote control capability and tablet management. When necessary, it can meet its own energy needs with an integrated diesel generator system. The dust extraction system, hydraulic legs, and foldable stock conveyors maximize operational efficiency.
