Constmach 2000 Ton Capacity Cement Silo

CONSTMACH CS-2000 is a bolted silo with a capacity of 2000 tons, specially designed for high-capacity cement storage needs. This model offers superior performance in applications such as cement terminals, factories, and fine material storage like limestone powder. Its modular design makes it extremely easy to transport and assemble. All parts used in its production are prepared using laser cutting and precision drilling techniques, resulting in a durable and long-lasting structure.

The silo is delivered fully equipped with hardware such as a maintenance platform, filling pipe, internal and external manholes, safety guards, pressure relief valve, air filter, and butterfly valve connection flanges. It also comes ready for use with a cement screw conveyor, level indicators, air flow nozzles, and a manual discharge system. Static load and mechanical analyses are performed using ANSYS Workbench CAE software, ensuring deformation-free operation even at a filling capacity of 2000 tons. Each CS-2000 silo is painted with 1 coat of anticorrosive and 2 coats of epoxy paint, totaling 140 microns in thickness, for maximum corrosion resistance.
