The CORMAK FUTURA1620P is a pallet stretch wrapping machine equipped with an E-shaped turntable, designed to secure loads with stretch film in warehouses, logistics centres and manufacturing facilities. The cutouts in the platform allow pallets to be loaded and unloaded using a standard manual pallet truck (pallet jack), without the need for an additional loading ramp.

With a load capacity of 2000 kg, a wrapping height of 2000 mm and a turntable diameter of 1650 mm, the machine can prepare palletised loads of various dimensions for transport, provided they fall within its operating range. Adjustable rotation speed and a capacity of up to 40 wrapping cycles per hour make it easy to adapt the wrapping station to regular shipping operations.

The key distinguishing feature of the FUTURA1620P is its rotating platform with cutouts arranged in the shape of the letter E. The spaces between the load-bearing sections of the turntable allow the forks of a compatible pallet truck to be inserted without having to drive onto a raised platform using a ramp. This solution is particularly useful in facilities where pallets are routinely transported using manual pallet trucks.

Side guide rails are positioned in front of the platform cutouts to guide the pallet truck. They help the operator align the truck correctly with the turntable and accurately insert the forks into the designated spaces. This makes loading more organised and efficient, especially when handling multiple pallets at the same wrapping station.

The loading process involves just a few simple steps: the operator approaches the machine with a pallet, inserts the forks into the cutouts, lowers the load onto the turntable's supporting surfaces and withdraws the pallet truck. Once the wrapping process is complete, the pallet can be picked up again with the pallet truck and transported to the storage or shipping area.

The absence of a loading ramp eliminates the need to manoeuvre a loaded pallet truck up an incline and reduces the additional floor space required in front of the machine.
