Machine construction and technology

The saw body is made of cast iron mounted on a rigid frame structure. The frame is inclined at a 3° angle, improving the quality of cutting closed profiles. The blade guides, based on bearings and carbide inserts, ensure excellent stability and cutting precision.

The hydraulic feeding unit enables accurate and smooth movement of workpieces up to 500 mm in a single feed stroke.

Precision and work efficiency

The H300SA model features hydraulic arm feed with stepless adjustment, allowing cutting parameters to be optimized for different materials. The cooling system and cleaning brush significantly reduce blade wear, improving productivity and minimizing downtime.
