Construction and technology

The machine is built on a heavy-duty cast iron and steel structure, providing high rigidity and minimizing vibrations during operation. The double-column band saw H500SA is equipped with a powerful 7.1 kW main motor and an independent hydraulic system.

The saw frame is inclined at a 3° angle relative to the working surface, improving cutting efficiency when processing profiles and structural sections.

The blade is guided by precision guides with carbide inserts and roller bearings, ensuring accurate blade alignment and stable operation. The guide head automatically adapts to the width of the material being cut, improving stability and reducing blade wear.

Precision and work efficiency

The hydraulically controlled arm lowering system with smooth pressure adjustment allows optimal cutting parameters to be selected according to the processed material.

The control panel with an LCD display enables programming of the number and length of cut pieces and monitoring of operating parameters. The machine automatically indicates material end, faults, and cutting progress, improving production efficiency and safety.
