CORMAK MM3166P 230V Drum Roller Sander is an advanced through-feed sanding machine designed for precise sanding of solid wood, MDF boards, veneer, and other woodworking materials. Thanks to the use of two sanding drums and a working width of 635 mm, this model is ideal for serial production and facilities requiring high-quality surface finishing.

Construction and technology

The MM3166P model was designed with stability, precision, and durability in mind. The main steel frame ensures resistance to vibration and deformation. The 2.2 kW main motor drives the sanding rollers at 1800 rpm, enabling effective material removal even when processing hard wood species.

The 120 W feed motor works together with the adjustable speed control system, allowing the operator to precisely manage the sanding process. The large belt width of 635 mm enables processing of wide components in a single pass, significantly reducing operation time.

Precision and working efficiency

The machine provides accurate control of the workpiece thickness, from 7 to 130 mm. The sanding belt speed of 14 m/s ensures a high-quality surface finish without burning effects. The drum diameter and working roller length (635 mm) provide even contact pressure and a consistent final sanding result.
