Parts Washer Construction and Operating Principle

The 140L parts washer is equipped with a flexible hose fitted with a spray nozzle. The cleaning solution is drawn from the tank and delivered through the pump to the hose, allowing the operator to precisely direct the stream onto contaminated surfaces.

For proper operation, the pump inlet must be completely submerged in the cleaning solution. This ensures an adequate flow of cleaning fluid during operation.

The tank lid opens conveniently and automatically locks in the raised position, improving operator safety. The entire unit is mounted on a robust steel frame with four legs, providing stability even during intensive use.

With dimensions of 1,130 × 540 × 885 mm, the parts washer can be installed in most workshop environments while still providing a large and practical working area.
