AURORA MP150 Pressure Cabinet Washer is a compact cleaning device designed for washing mechanical parts, tools, and workshop components. The enclosed cabinet limits liquid splashing, while the operating pressure of 5–8 bar makes it easier to remove oil, grease, carbon deposits, and other difficult contaminants.

Cleaning is performed using a closed-loop circulating cleaning fluid system. The pneumatic gun allows the operator to apply a mixture of cleaning fluid and compressed air, and after the cleaning process it can also be used for blowing and drying the component.

Cleaning and drying with one gun

The AURORA MP150 cabinet washer is equipped with a pneumatic gun offering two operating modes.

During cleaning, the nozzle delivers a mixture of compressed air and cleaning fluid, helping remove contaminants from holes, channels, recesses, and complex-shaped surfaces.

After cleaning, the operator can switch the gun to compressed-air mode. This allows removal of remaining fluid residues and faster preparation of the component for further work, inspection, repair, or assembly.

Enclosed and illuminated working cabinet

The cleaning process takes place inside a closed chamber, which helps reduce splashing of the cleaning solution around the workstation.

Integrated gloves allow free rotation and positioning of the cleaned component without opening the lid.

The built-in cabinet lighting improves visibility of the workpiece, allowing the operator to accurately control the cleaning process on dirty surfaces, openings, and hard-to-reach areas.

Closed-loop cleaning fluid system

Cleaning is performed in a closed circulation system using fluid stored in the machine’s tank. The tank capacity is 8–14 liters.

This solution allows repeated use of the cleaning agent and reduces fluid consumption during everyday workshop operations.

The simple fluid replacement system makes draining and preparing the washer for further use easier.
