Construction and Technology
The CORMARK PT265T is a modern wood thicknesser built on a robust, reinforced structure with cast-iron components. The worktables are ground and properly balanced, ensuring repeatability and accuracy. The new table system enables synchronized height adjustment—once set, the table level does not require recalibration when changing the planing thickness. The centrally positioned thicknesser table on a column ensures even material feed without deviation. Rubber feet further reduce vibrations, improving component durability and machining quality.
Performance and Precision
With a 2.6 kW (S6) motor, the machine delivers high efficiency while maintaining stable operating parameters, even when machining hardwoods. The cutterhead with a 75 mm diameter, equipped with three knives and running at 4000 rpm, ensures a perfectly smooth surface finish. A precise graduated scale allows accurate table height adjustment. The aluminum tilting fence (700 × 150 mm) with an adjustable angle range of 90–45° enables precise jointing at various angles.
