DENN NTR 130-50

The DENN NTR-130/50 CNC spinning machine was manufactured in 2022 in Spain by INDUSTRIAS PUIGJANER S.A. The machine is designed for metal forming of components made from a wide range of materials, including brass, silver, iron, and stainless steel. The forming process relies exclusively on the plastic deformation properties of metals, eliminating the need for cutting tools.

The automatic DENN spinning machine allows both spinning and flow forming. Both processes use precision rollers that form the desired shapes by applying pressure to a rapidly rotating workpiece. Flow forming differs in that the part is shaped using multiple passes of a roller along the mandrel, resulting in components with uniform wall thickness and a smoother finish.

Within the rigid frame of the machine are all essential elements built to the highest technical standards. This includes a sturdy and reliable machine bed, a hydraulic tailstock, and a headstock equipped with an internal ejector for finished parts. The control system enables full interaction between the operator and the machine.

The NTR 130/50 spinning machine is offered with a comprehensive set of accessories, including CAD/CAM software, an additional support roller, and trimming devices. The machine has logged only 1,323 operating hours since new. The total weight of the machine is approximately 9,000 kg.
