DESI-14 Industrial Fine Grinding and Micritization System
Complete industrial disintegrator system designed for the intensive fine grinding and micritization of dry materials into a fine, uniform powder.
The DESI-14 uses high-intensity impact technology to achieve efficient particle-size reduction. It is suitable for processing a wide variety of dry materials, including minerals, fertilizers, fillers, catalysts and polymers, as well as food and biological raw materials such as grains, cereals, casein and dry yeast.
The system can also be used for the fine milling and micritization of grains and other suitable food ingredients in applications requiring a very fine flour or powder consistency.

Depending on the processed material and operating configuration, the system is designed to produce particles in the approximate range of (0.5 –100 μm), with a maximum processing capacity of approximately 1–2 tones per hour.

Wear protection: Impact surfaces protected with HARD 60 wear-resistant alloy
