Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR16A surpasses the payload limit of 16 kg, thereby opening up a broader range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1000 mm, the CR16A meets the demands of heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.
User-Friendly Design for Faster Deployment
The CR16A features the industry's first dual-channel end-effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end-of-arm tools. It is also equipped with a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive monitoring of operating status.
Greater Possibilities with High Payload and Large Working Radius
The CR16A offers a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload of 16 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16A operates more stably and produces 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.
24 Interface Ports for Greater Flexibility
The CR16A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols, enabling seamless integration with PLC systems. It features 24 digital I/O ports, providing industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN wiring to facilitate easy expansion of applications.

High Protection Level for Safer Collaboration
