This Duplo DBM-120 Booklet Maker with DBM-120T Trimmer provides a compact and versatile solution for producing professionally stitched, folded and trimmed booklets.

With a booklet count of approximately 217,000, the system has been fully serviced, inspected and production tested by our engineers, ensuring it is ready to go straight into production.

This particular machine also includes a purpose-built stand, positioning the booklet maker at a comfortable working height and making it considerably easier to operate when hand-feeding pre-collated sets.

Ideal for digital printers, commercial printers and in-plant finishing departments, the DBM-120 can produce booklets at speeds of up to 2,400 booklets per hour.

The system can process sets of up to 20 sheets of 80gsm, producing booklets of up to 80 pages, while the integrated DBM-120T fore-edge trimmer removes the open edge after folding to give each booklet a clean, professional finish.

Ideal for Standalone Digital Print Production
One of the advantages of this particular DBM-120 is the addition of its purpose-built stand.
The stand raises the system to a practical working height, making it much more comfortable for an operator to hand-feed pre-collated sets directly into the booklet maker.
This makes the system particularly well suited to short and medium-run digital booklet production, without requiring a separate collating tower.
Simply print and collate the sets digitally, hand feed them into the DBM-120 and the system takes care of the stitching, folding and fore-edge trimming.

Simple Automatic Setup
The DBM-120 has been designed for straightforward operation and fast job changes.
The operator selects the required programme and the machine automatically adjusts for the job. Fine adjustments to the staple position, fold position and trim position can then be made where required and stored for future use.
With 13 programme positions, repeat jobs can be recalled quickly, helping reduce setup time and waste between different booklet formats.

Professional Booklet Finishing
The DBM-120 automatically stitches and folds each set to produce a consistent, securely finished booklet.
The connected DBM-120T Trimmer automatically trims the fore edge of the booklet as it exits the booklet maker, removing the uneven edge created during folding and providing a clean, professional finished product.
