Reliable and clean removal of slag using slag hammer brushes
EdgeRacer the Grinder effortlessly removes the slag that forms on the underside during plasma or oxy-fuel cutting. The disc brushes are adjusted so that they almost touch the underside. The steel bristles then knock off the slag.

Powerful deburring and defined edge rounding
EdgeRacer® the Grinder effortlessly removes stubborn stamping burrs and laser beads/splatter. By adjusting the brush feed, you also determine the edge rounding performance.

Deburring and edge rounding of thin sheet metal and 3D workpieces
Deburr thin sheets or sheets with cut-outs. The grinding brushes can be extended beyond the transport level, so that the entire workpiece edge is processed. The oxide disc can be used to remove oxide layers on internal and external contours.

Full working width or double performance – optimally adapted to your needs
Depending on the width of the parts to be processed, you can choose between two processing modes. Select single-row processing to fully utilize the working width, whether for wide parts or for parallel feeding. To optimize tool wear, the brushes automatically change their position. For narrower workpieces, choose the double-row processing. This achieves double the processing in a single pass.
