3 x small/medium burners: 3.5 kW each (burner head Ø approx. 80 mm)
3 x high-output burners: 6.0 kW each (burner head Ø approx. 110/120 mm)

Features: Cast-iron pan supports (sliding grates) and thermoelectric flame failure device on every burner for maximum operational safety.
Oven (Base Unit) Type: Large-capacity gas oven (static heating) with piezoelectric ignition.
Oven output: Approx. 8.0 kW to 9.0 kW burner power.
Internal dimensions: Compatible with Gastronorm racks and trays (GN 2/1).
Temperature range: Adjustable from 100°C to 300°C via a safety gas thermostat.

Gas type: Factory-set for natural gas (20 mbar)
