EMMEGI PHANTOMATIC 3-Axis CNC Machining Centre

The EMMEGI PHANTOMATIC is a vertical 3-axis CNC machining centre designed for programmable machining operations on aluminium, PVC and steel profiles. Steel profiles can be processed up to a maximum thickness of 3 mm.

The machine is suitable for milling, drilling, tapping and through-machining operations. It is equipped with a 5.5 kW electrospindle, reaching a maximum speed of 18,000 rpm, with an ISO 30 tool holder and manual tool change.

The machine is operated through a CNC/PC control system with Cam-Editor-Drill software. It features four standard manually positioned clamps and two stops. Thanks to the workpiece repositioning function, it can process profiles with a maximum length of 4,800 or 6,800 mm, depending on the machine version.
